Free Online Exercise & Mediation Classes

Exercise and mediation are so good for the body and the mind. Here is a list of some interactive live zoom classes, (If you don’t know what zoom is please see the bottom of the page.)

The Pound Ridge library is offering FREE classes for everyone:

Modified Yoga ClassTues & Fri at 3pm

The Dance Collective is offering adult Beginner Tap, Ballet, Modern and Jazz classes via zoom for $5.


If you are not familiar with Zoom, it’s a website that let’s you see and talk to people live through your computer (you do need a computer that has a built-in video camera or you can buy one to attach.) You can use it with your friends and family or attend events. Here’s a tutorial. Their basic plan is FREE.


There are countless online exercise videos available. Some are free on YouTube and others live streaming on Facebook, like:

Kat Whitney, co-founder of the Yoga Institute of the Berkshires, is offering live yoga videos on Facebook Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 9am

Infinity Yoga
Brigit Moynihan is offering live videos on Facebook
 Tuesday at 4pm
Wed 10:30am
Thursday at 6pm

Yoga with Adrienne
She has over 500 free yoga videos, from beginner to advanced on her YouTube channel.

Has dozens of short Tai Chi videos in beautiful locations. Her most popular is a simple 5 Minute Tai Chi
